Each apartment has an open plan kitchen/living/dining area, the two bedroom apartments have one bedroom with an en-suite and a main bathroom, the one bedroom apartments have one bathroom. Additionally there is a large veranda, private garden, one private storage room and one exclusive parking space. Each resident will have use of the common areas, including the communal swimming pool, lounging area, children’s play area and gymnasium.

There will be in total four 2 bedroom ground floor apartments and two one bedroom ground floor apartments.

Penthouse Apartments

Unique penthouse apartments with verandas and large roof garden.

Each apartment has an open plan kitchen/living/dining area, the two bedroom apartments have one bedroom with an en-suite and a main bathroom, the one bedroom apartments have one bathroom. Additionally there is a veranda plus a large roof garden, one private storage room and one exclusive parking space. Each resident will have use of the common areas, including the communal swimming pool, lounging area, children’s play area and gymnasium.

There will be in total five 2 bedroom first floor apartments and three one bedroom first floor apartments.

There will be in total five 2 bedroom penthouse apartments and two one bedroom penthouse apartments.
